Province of Sultan Kudarat, CybersCool Defcon Inc. and Sultan Kudarat State University Sign Partnership Agreement on Cybersecurity Training.

Hon. Datu Pax Ali S. Mangudadatu, Governor of the Province of Sutan Kudarat, Retired Chief Justice Hon. Reynato S. Puno, Chairman of CybersCool Defcon Inc., and Dr. Samson L. Molao, Ph.D., President of Sultan Kudarat State University, signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on Cybersecurity Training last July 30, 2023 at the Provincial Capitol Building in Isulan, Sultan Kudarat. The MOA will allow the provincial and municipal officers, employees and personnel to attend and participate in the Cybersecurity Bootcamp Zero to Hero Course of CybersCool Defcon Inc.
The Cybersecurity Bootcamp Zero to Hero Course uses an intensive and comprehensive 14-week blended learning method of in-person (face-to-face) and on-line skills proficiency training program on cybersecurity. The cybersecurity course was developed by ThriveDX, a global leader in cyber education.
The course modules and contents are aligned with the specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) required under the NICE Framework (Workforce Framework for Cybersecurity) by the U.S. NIST and the Skills Framework for ICT by IMDA Singapore and the course certification is recognized by international companies and organizations, particularly in the U.S., Europe, Israel and Singapore.
CybersCool Defcon Inc. was launched as the First Globally Accredited Cyber School in the Philippines last July 20, 2022 at the Conrad Manila in Pasay City with Secretary Ivan John Uy of the Department of Information and Communications Technology as the Keynote Speaker and Brigadier General (Res.) Rami Efrati, the top cybersecurity expert from Israel, as the Principal Speaker.
In attendance during the MOA signing ceremony were Mr. Edison Abella, President of CybersCool Defcon Inc., with the other CybersCool officers, namely Messrs. Tatoo Amsili, Co-Founder and Director, and Ericson Atanacio, Director, and in the presence of the officials, officers, employees and staff of the Provincial Government of Sultan Kudarat, including its Board Members and Municipal Mayors.

CybersCool Defcon Inc. Partners with NDCP in Cybersecurity Training

CybersCool Defcon Inc. and the National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to bring Cybersecurity education and training to the government, military and private sector workforce through the inclusion of CybersCool’s Fundamentals of Cyber for Executives Workshop as one of the modules in NDCP’s Cyber Strategy and Policy Program (CSPP), a short course that aims to bridge the technical and policy divide in the study of cyber defense and security, during the graduation program of the CSPP held on March 22, 2023 at the NDCP Campus at Camp Emilio Aguinaldo in Quezon City, Philippines.
 
The Fundamentals of Cyber for Executives Workshop is a 15-hour, on-line, self-paced, introductory course that was developed to empower government officials, military officers, industry leaders and business executives with the foundational cybersecurity knowledge and functional practices in order for them to make informed decisions on how to react to emerging technological trends, particularly on cybersecurity risks, threats and attacks.
 
Present during the ceremonial signing of the MOU were Messrs. Edison Abella and Tatoo Amsili, President and Co-Founder, respectively, of CybersCool Defcon Inc., and Lt. Gen. Ferdinand M. Cartujano PAF (Ret), President of NDCP, and Prof. Rej C. Torrecampo, Director of the Philippine Center of Excellence in Defense, Development, and Security, NDCP. The MOU was approved by the Department of National Defense.

NBI and CybersCool Sign MOA on Cybersecurity Training

Director Medardo G. de Lemos of the National Bureau of Investigation and Retired Chief Justice Hon. Reynato S. Puno, Chairman of CybersCool Defcon Inc., signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on Cybersecurity Training last May 31, 2023 at the NBI Office in Quezon City. The MOA will allow NBI officers, agents and personnel to attend and participate in the Cybersecurity Bootcamp Zero to Hero course of CybersCool Defcon Inc.
 
The Cybersecurity Bootcamp Zero to Hero course is an intensive three-month blended in-person and online skills proficiency training course on cybersecurity. The cybersecurity course was developed by ThriveDX (formerly Cybint Solutions of Israel), a global leader in cyber education, and it adopted the highly specialized and successfully tested cybersecurity training modules that were designed for the military cadets of the elite Israel Defense Force, who had no background or prior experience in IT or cybersecurity, to become proficient and experts in the field of cyber intelligence and security. 
 
The course modules are aligned with the NICE Framework by NIST and the IMDA, the Singapore Skills Framework, by ICT and course certification is recognized by international companies and organizations, particularly in the U.S., Europe, Israel and Singapore.
